font size in navbar....odd case

Major problem here (annoying that is). On my home page www.talkjesus.com the navbar shows the font size larger then they should be (I did not touch the code for font size either).

Yet, any other pages on the forums shows actual font size (smaller than home page). How do I correct it on home page?

Someone said arcade hack does this. Well, I have no clue how it does/does not and how to correct it regardless of what causes it.

Please help.
