Looking To Add Custom .php's To My Forum For "How-To's"...
Ok, I run www.Ranger-Forums.com, and we are a website for Ford Ranger Enthusiasts.
We have a "How-To" section right now, but it is just a forum. What I wanted to do was to add a link in the navbar titled: "How-To's" which I know how to do and is no problem. In that drop down box it will have all of the diffferent how to's... however, here is the part i don't know about... i want them to go to custom .php pages... I want the navbar to stay where they navigate to and any other regular forum stuff... I want it to be like they never leave the forum, just go to a page that is not set up like a post, with an avatar and the ability to reply... I just want it to be a "How-To" page, that I can set up my own format and repeat for each How-To, then link them in the navbar links... anyone have an idea on how i can make random pages like this? and them go to, for example: www.ranger-forums.com/how-to/12voltinbed or something like that... thank you in advance... |
