Help my PMs dont work

Ive been running a 2.3.4 for about a year now. We have never been able to use our PMs or avatars. The rest of the forum works fine exept these 2 areas... with our current growth I would really like to get them working. Any ideas? My forum can be found at ImportsNC

I dont have any training in coding or any of that so I dont know anything technical about vB, after I finally got it installed I was too drained to figure out the PMs and avatars.
