Pulling Polls from vB to a website.

Sorry if this has been posted already, or there is a hack for it. If there is a hack, I'm having trouble finding it.

I was wondering if there was a way or a hack that allows polls to show up on a website from a certian forum. Kinda like how you can pull news with the PluhNews hack.
