To edit the message members get on their birthday... In the Language & Phrases menu, select "search in Phrases" enter "birthday" and click the radio button next to "Phrase Variable Name Only" then click "Find" ... in the results scroll down about halfway and find "Email Body Text Phrases Containing 'birthday'" edit that phrase and place the desired email message in the English (US) Translation box (a pain isn't it )

To Enable Guests to See Titles, but not read threads you need this hack:
