open source blogs, or blog discussion forum?

Hopefully someone can help me out with what im looking for...

I do web dev for a travel agency. We are thinking of adding a section for our past customers so they can upload pictures of their trips and do a type of a blog. It wouldnt be a blog in how most people use them, but the customer could use it so if they wanted.

I know there are a few open source blog packages available. Im just looking for some guidence and whatnot. It doesnt have to be open souce or gpl.

it would be nice if each person could have their own url.
