Help with php menu pls

Hello I am trying to add a php menu tree to the left column at my site (www.4xtraders.com/forum).... an example of the menu is at http://www.4xtraders.com/menu/ by clicking on test.php. test.php produces the menu while using TreeMenu.js and TreeMenu.php with explanation in index1.php . I have got it to produce a test menu in test.php (that actually works), but what do I need to do so that it will show up in my left column.

ANY help as to how I can make this happen would be great, as I can't seem to get this to work. I also plan on creating a non vb powered index.php at 4xtraders.com/index.php to have it look just like my forum, and would like to use it there as well, as my column are in my header and footer in vb and plan on using them also to create it.
