WYSIWYG editor for Announcement(s)??

Mods can make and edit the Announcement(s), but the problem is that the editor is so bad (basic). Making a layout is not really possible :disappointed:
So is there a way that they can use the WYSIWYG editor for Announcement(s)?? It don't have to be with de modcp, it may wiht a different file or something else..

Any idea??
