additional post icons with condition

greetings

im looking to add another set of post icons, below the default post icons, in their own fieldset, and have a conditional so that these new post icons only appear when posting a new thread or reply in one specific forum. any ideas how i can do this?

vbulletin 3.0.0

all help is appreciated.
