1- vB have no hosting service right now... you can ask for hosting, there is a hosting forum on vB.com ... (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11)

2- you can ask for Services Requests here so someone would do it for a charge. (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30)

3- there is a complete Import/Export script when you buy your software, that can convert most versions of forums... (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=92)

4- it's possible to hack your board as needed, and banners/googleads is a possibility, you simply have to add it to your template ... this is easily learned and you can ask for a hack here. (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=37)

5- as for #4...

6- you really haveto have your site hosted somewhere, it's the internet my friend...
