Good place to buy forums?

I'm looking for a good place to buy basically some older past their prime forums that have a decent amount of backlog for members and threads.

Sites that used to be good, but suck now. I'm wanting to take on another fixer upper and revive another site. My current/last fixup was http://www.iamnotageek.com which if you look at alexa it dropped completely off the face of the earth and this month it's generating $1k! I'm looking at doing another turn around smiliar to that. The key for me is a large amount of threads in the forum and a halfway decent amount of current activity.
