Clan/Crew/Group hack

Hi,

I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction for something which adds a small addition to the postbit and posibly the user cp.

I want a user to be able to create a title, and other users can select that crew/clan/group if they have permission/invitation or something

The attachment screenshot should explain it better

This feature is used on this forum...
