How do i change 'this' colour then?

Hi...

(where is Zac when you need him)

Check the attached, i've found this 'default' colour border again on posting and again around the quick reply box... just cannot seem to change it...

also, i've altered all the colours for the forum jump selections, but on a search the first 2 on the list are defaulted to white, see the pic and tell me what you think... i'm sure this'll be the last one to get for me
