mass PM and email members reload

this is 2 request

1. mass PM similar to the mass email - pick usergroups to get the PM etc.

2. when emailing - load the next page automatically after X number of seconds. that will save anyone with a large site from having to hit load next page over and over again.

i think both of these would be in high demand
