I would recommend vbskinz.com for a large selection of skins. Though I've never needed support there, any other question I had was always promptly answered. Also for custom design I"d recommend http://www.vbmechanic.com/ Though skin design is not their primary role, Alex is a very good designer and very prompt and professional. I'm currently having him design my VB3 skin. He has also released one skin (VB3) for public sale, Squareville, and as far as I know has plans to release more.
