Here's what usually sorts it out:
1. Go to www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php and enter the e-mail you're using here (keep in mind which is case-sensitive) and update the form twice

OR

2. Try adding your e-mail to all 3 input fields and update the form, that sometimes sorts it
