I try and edit a user account on my forum and I receive this...

"Invalid SQL: SELECT userid
FROM user
WHERE username='Slybone'
AND userid <>
mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 4"

What is wrong here?
