ok .. i am almost postive this is already released cuz i am a member of a forum that has this but lets say u wanted hytathetcly speaking

All Admins Usernames to glow ... Blue
All Super mods ... orange
all mods .. red
all members ... brown
all banned ... whatever

how would i do this

(their username is postbit ..)

and not have it changable for them!
