Forum clippings/bookmarks idea

I guess that would be a nice addition to a Vbulletin forum.
The idea can be found here:

Just click on this image

next to a topic, and voila it's in your clipping/bookmark list. It's very handy way to access the bookmarks like that...

Anyone interested in creating such a hack?
Or is there already such a hack available?
