i am sure this probably exists and i've searched for it for the past two days but can't find it. here's what i am looking for:

i want to make a forum (let's say a flaming forum) that users can give themselves permissions to if they choose. i want it invisible or locked to anyone that doesn't want to view it. perhaps this can be made to make a forum accessible after a certain amt of posts, but i need it so it is automated and i dont need to give them access or put them in a specific user group. can anyone help? thanks in advance...
