in functions.php when a user is in the unlicensed group a new button shows up in his postbit for us, and when we click on it, newreply.php is called with the userid of the special user (quite similar than the quote feature), and then there is the text in the inputfield and can be changed (also similar to the quotereply)

so, just one small change to newreply, one to functions,php and a new template where the standarttext is in
