a site that uses the image upload optionof vb?

I really would like to see a tasteful site that is using the image upload option of vb.
i hope it's possible to specify where the image will be positioned.
i'm thinking of starting a community based site. i want to give users as much goodies as possible.
their own guest books etc.
most importanly the image upload.
please give me a reference.
how about the template. can i let each user select their own template?
where like when you click ontheir name it takes you to their profile and shows the template?

i woud like to get the best thing available. i see that flashkit.com is using vb so i'm assuming that it must be god to some degree.
i mean phpbb has so many hacks!
butvb is suppose tobe what, faster? moare stable?
anyhow, my first concern is the image upload.
if anyone has seen it used tastefully, let me know. plus i will be needinga cool person to help me install it. etc so holla at me anyone.
