Posts/attachs waiting moderation?

Hi!

Has any1 implemented something like this?

THe idea is that an admin enters the admin CP and

1) On the home of the CP, it displays the amount of posts and attachments waiting for validation

OR

display the number (in red for examle) besides the admin CP options under MODERATION

2) AND/OR create an admin cp option so any admin entering the Admin CP and having this switch ON, new posts and attachments waiting for moderation will display INSTEAD of admin's home.

Dunno if I explained this clear enough, sorry for my bad english
