Admin adding private to calender

IS there a way for the ADMIN to add PRIVATE EVENTS to the calender? NOT FOR HIM, but viewable private events for the person specified??

MY problem is that I have a board that is both public and portions are private. To get into the private area, you have to pay me.

THE calender would be a perfect way for me to add a reminder (private) that your ACCESS will expire today.

CAN THAT BE DONE??
