Heres a little tweak for windows XP, you know how the Start/Programs menu take a second to load, heres how you can make the menu load faster and its easy.

download this small registry file and run it:

If you dont trust me and wanna make the file yourself, open notepad and copy and paste this into it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"MenuShowDelay"="0"

and save it as a .reg and run it, it should change the menu delay time to 0 and speed it up when you load it, it might take a second for it to cone into effect though, enjoy!

Oh yea, for your aim users, if the ads bother you, its real easy to get rid of them if you havnt already

Heres what you do:
Go in your aim folder and find aim.odl and then open it in a text ediot like notepad
Search for advert (theres 2) and delete the word required after them the save and close the file
If you have aim running, close it then delete advert.ocm and restart aim and the ads should be gone

Heres info on how to add more then 200 buddies to aim:

By default you can only add a max of 200, but you can change it to alot higher number, its easy just download and run this registry edit:
http://slynderdale.darktechgameing....eaimbuddies.reg

It will let you add 500 buddies.

If you dont trust me or wanna do it yourself open notepad and copy and paste this into it:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\America Online\AOL Instant Messenger (TM)\CurrentVersion\Buddy]
"MaxBuddies"=dword:000001f4

now save it as a .reg

or you can open regedit and find it and change it to what ever you want (remember its the decimal value)
