Yo how do you get static/wrapped tables in forum display???

iight i have a question...

how do u make the post titles wrap in the forum display template to where it wont stretch the table out if someone posts long connected titles...

i.e. - THIS-IS-A-LONG-POST-TITLE-CONNECTED-TOGETHER

??? so how do u make it wrap or make the tables static???? cuz its done on many sites, maybe the code on mine got messed up and it was already static but i need for someone to try n help me out wit that cuz its tacky looking to have a scrolled out screen
