Forcing members to update their profiles?

I posted this on the vbulletin.com forums and was told to post it here.

I've added some required fields to member profiles that I'd like all 285 of my esiting members to update so that people who search these profile fields can get some decent results.

If anybody can get this to happen that would be great.
