Problem with posting "Share Photo" after 1st Post

On one of my forums (no issue on other two), if I upload a photo (Camera next to link at left) on first post of thread, I cannot upload a photo in subsequent posts. When I click the Camera icon I get the "Upload or Select" bar, and when I click upload I get the browser, but when I click the file to upload I only return to the "Upload or Select" option again.

I've run repair databases and upgraded twice - now 5.40

I've looked over Options ad Admin permissions but not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Possible related as it occurred around same time...

Occasionally, if I select the picture icon to add a photo to a post, and try to upload more than one photo, I get the message "Working" and Vbulletin is locked up until I lick refresh. The I'm told there's a saved post, restore or discard. When I restore, all is well.

Help!
