The best vB WordPress bridge?

Hi all

I want to know what is the best solution to integrate user DB between vB and WordPress, with using vB as a master for users, and send all user data (username, usertitle, usergroup, avatar, userprofilepic and userfileds) to WordPress and make it available there in posts.
