I've updated two of my sites to 4.2.5b1 and PHP7 over the last two days, it's been a pain fumbling though the plugins fixing them with my limited understanding of PHP, but the speed increase has been well worth it.

I do have a few scripts flagging with depreciated constructor errors, but everything is running and I can try and figure them out at a later date.
