Help needed with forum blocks not updating

Hello all.

I am needing some assistance with forum blocks on my newly upgraded 4.2.3 forum.

For some reason just my administrator account, and all accounts linked to mine, do not show the new posts, new threads, group, blog and cms updating. It freezes and I have to go to the admin control panel and click Purge Cache in the Forum Blocks Manager to update my view of the forum blocks to show everything new.

I have cleared my browser cache and logged in on multiple browsers but the issue seems to be attached to just my accounts. Any thoughts on what I should look at or why this is happening?
