Make navbar move to right side of page

I'm new to vbulletin, please bear with me....

My forum is here: http://www.vcfed.org/forum/forum.php.

What I want to do is move the nav bar (articles, blogs, forum, what's new) over to the right so it's abutting the search bar.

How?

I assume something needs to be changed in style manager -- edit templates -- navigation + breadcrumbs -- navbar, but I don't know what.
