VB4 Mod request

I have a client that wants to add an address and phone number field into the member registration process and into the member profile area.
Is this something that can be done? Is there a mod out there for this already.
This client needs to be able to contact the users and send them snail mail.

Anyone want to take this on if no mod exists?
