Update User Titles and Ranks

I just installed Paul M's Move inactive users to new usergroup and realized the user titles failed to update this morning. In reading further, I was somewhat surprised to learn that the Update User Titles and Ranks function cannot simply be set as a cron job.

Oh well,

So now I'm hoping the Update Usergroup titles Daily from Cron mod will be validated for use with vB3.8.
