Need a grahpic edit again

Ok, i am back. a long time ago i had a graphic edit to me liking. I need this same graphic edit again to a different color.

I need this image and the yellow type color change to this color code - ffd700. I like the image to be the same as what it is now, but just the yellow change to the color code. If anyone is up too. It not a pay request. Just a simple edit is all. not good with editting images of this type.
