That is something you would probably have to pay someone to do, that has done a few vB5 to vB4 downgrades.

It is not a simple thing, since all the tables are different.

Best bet it to post in the paid requests section, Requests for Paid Services

Just make sure you read the sticky threads in that section before hiring anyone.
