smilies in social gropups (SOLVED)

Hello, I would like to ask for some help please.

I never noticed it before but a member on our community has just asked why he can't use smilies in his Social Group.

This is happening with the default vB4 2.2.2 PL2 skin

I checked in the admin and couldn't find anything related to Social Groups and smilies, I have searched this site and cannot find anything about it.

This no doubt is just me being a dunce here but does anyone know how we enable smilies in the editor for Social Groups and if so would you tell me how to do it please.
