Ban user function Invalid Page URL

I am using vBulletin 5.1.2 Patch Level 1 , and I want to ask when I click Users -> Ban user

will show "Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

How can I solve this problem ?
