Entire Website Crash, how do i fix ??

This was as a result of trying to install [DBTech]Advance Post Thanks - Like v3.2.5pl2 [Lite]

I get this on EVERY page and ANYTHING i try to do. I literally can't access anything, do or change anything. WTF?? what do i do now??
