Nav bar ... adding tabs

My forum membership is asking to have a "my replies" tab added to the nav bar (running vBulletin 4.2.2) and I am not sure how to go about doing this.

Basically the members are wanting to select a tab that only brings up threads/posts that they have created/responded to.

suggestions/thoughts?
