Sorry,

what I wanted was to let all these people pick their own avatar. I have no set avatars on my site.

I have this group called "MIA" with about 10 people in it. I want them all to be able to upload their own avatar and change their own title to whatever they want, without getting to the set post limits that everyone else has to get to.
