Can view only first page of a thread

Hello,

I have 4.2.2 vBulletin forum and I have o little issue:

When a thread title contain some characters, we can't navigate on second, third.. page of a thread by clicking the numbers. The thread keep reloading the first page.
I sow this mostly on Internet Explorer.

So far, I detected some characters that block this navigation on other pages of a thread like :

double "-" on the title
multiple "."
"ş"
