Show or find user by country hack

Hello,

is there some working hack for vb4 that I can use to lookup (search) or make query for users coming from specific country?

I would be able to search this through admincp, it can also be something like flags visible only to admins or customized usergroups.

Visitor country needs to be generated from ip address (whois).
