As white pages can be caused by a number of things, one of the easiest ways to get a error to show up is to enable "display_errors" in php.ini & restarting apache/nginx etc, if your on a dedicated/vps server.
If your on a shared hosting plan, some hosts allow a local php.ini, this can be placed in your forum folder with the following in it: display_errors = On You can also check the vb manual: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages If your being redirected to the bluehost page, it possible the page its directing to is missing. |
