Mobile Suite and hacks/addonsn functionality

So if I upgrade to Mobile Suite on either my 3.8.7 or 4.2.1 forum, will hacks/add ons work on the mobile apps?

For example say I have Miserable User installed on my regular desktop forum and I MU a forum member. Will he be able to login as usual with no problems (and not be a MU) via the mobile app?
