I have no idea what I'm doing.. vBulletin 5 upgrade.

I have no idea how to upgrade my forum to vB5. I don't have permission to post in the vBulletin forum for some reason.

My forum is http://redstickmoto.com (vB4)

The new software has been uploaded and installed to: http://redstickmoto.com/testforums

However, I don't understand how do I get the vB5 to replace my original forum? I've read the vB Manual and I just don't understand.

Is there something I'm missing?
