Custom profilefield if:condition possible?

Hi there

I'd like to do a <vb:if condition> with a custom profilefield.

Here's an example:

- I have a custom profile field [field10]
- The value is either 'boy' or 'girl'

Is it possible to perform an <vb:if condition> for all users that have 'boy' in [field10]?
