Blog Redirect help please
Hi guys,
Im having a bit of trouble getting my blog setup for my CMS. everything has been going ok with it, but I decided I wanted to change the directory from www.vivapotenza.com/blog.php to blog.vivapotenza.com. on my server, my vbulletin files are installed on a directory called "httpdocs", and the blog files are installed on the root of this (but not in a folder, so directly on the root). As i say, i had it running the standard way and it all worked ok. I added the following code to my .htaccess file, which is also on the root: Code:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L] RewriteRule ^blogs/.* blog.php [QSA] RewriteRule ^entries/.* entry.php [QSA] Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <cross-domain-policy xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://www.adobe.com/xml/schemas/PolicyFile.xsd"> <allow-access-from domain="*.vivapotenza.com"/> <site-control permitted-cross-domain-policies="master-only"/> <allow-http-request-headers-from domain="*.vivapotenza.com" headers="*" secure="true"/> </cross-domain-policy> Code:
$<?php //If you installed the blog directly as a subdirectory of //vbulletin (www.example.com/blog) then you don't need to change this //file. Otherwise comment out the first line, uncomment the second line, //and change the value to be the actual path to the vbulletin installation on //server. vb_dir = realpath(dirname(__FILE__) . '/..'); // $vb_dir = "/path/to/vbulletin/"; ?> Thanks in advance. |
