Make a own newthread for CMS

Hi,

i want to create a newthread like a "question-box" so i take the template "newthread" and
copy&paste for a new template calls "newthread_cms".

2.) Make a widget like xy, and take the template name "newthread_cms"
3.) The questionbox from CMS for a issue like SPORTs, are still existing on the forum SPORTs.
ok, well done. I need the forum id, for the new template and for hook?

4.) Template edit for new sidebar box

Maybe someone have an idea?
