looking for the "i like it" modification this forum uses

Title says it all. My numerous searches are not turning up the modification that this forum uses that shows the little heart button that users can click to say "I like it" and then have the usernames show up who have clicked the button. The only results I seem to get are to add a Facebook like button -- which I is not what I was looking for.

Any help is appreciated. Sorry if this is a dumb question...it's hard searching on common terms like the word "like" haha.
